Ordered a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. After getting a notification that it was en route, I waited the whole day but the delivery never showed. Called their service, was put on hold for over 30 minutes, and then got told it was delayed because of 'technical issues'. I'm honestly frustrated and may just cancel my order if this continues!

I bought an espresso machine and it came with a dent. When I tried to return it, the process was so slow and complicated. I'll think twice before ordering again.

I had high hopes for Coolblue after reading reviews, but my experience was awful. I received the wrong item and now I'm stuck with a return process that seems endless. I doubt I’ll order again.
