Best Airline Ever!
Just got back from a trip to Singapore, flew Cathay Pacific. Everything from check-in to landing was seamless. Food was surprisingly good too! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience!
I flew with Cathay Pacific last month and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and the food was actually good, which is a rarity in flights these days! The seats were comfortable and I got a great night's sleep on my 15-hour flight.

Confusing Experience
Flight was fine, but the baggage claim process was chaotic. No one seemed to know what was going on. It would be nice if they had better signs.

Such a Mess!
Flight was overbooked and they didn't even apologize. I ended up sitting in the back with no legroom at all. What a nightmare!

Great Experience!

Not Great, Not Horrible

Best airline I've used!
Cathay Pacific is hands down the best airline I’ve flown with. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth. The lounge in Hong Kong is fantastic, and I loved the personal touch in service.

Awful Communication
I had a connecting flight that was missed due to a delay. The staff didn't provide clear instructions, and it took forever to rebook. I ended up waiting four hours in the airport. Very disappointing!

Okay, but could improve
The flight was decent, but the legroom was tight. I had a short layover, and they didn't do a great job of keeping us updated. Would consider other airlines next time.
