I just flew with Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with an airline! The staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, and my seat was sooo comfortable. Plus, they even had a great selection of movies to watch. Can't wait to fly with them again!

I had the worst flight with Cathay Pacific. My luggage got lost and it took three days to get it back. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, never flying with them again!

I booked a premium ticket expecting great service. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and my seat wouldn’t recline properly. Customer service was almost impossible to reach for help during the flight, which made the experience even worse.

The food was bad, but the crew was nice. I flew from Seattle to Hong Kong and the plane was pretty full. Boarding was chaotic, but the safety protocols were clear. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst either.

I’m really impressed with Cathay. The legroom is excellent and the service is perfect. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi. Highly recommend for long-haul flights.

I travel a lot for work and I always choose Cathay. They never disappoint. The food is always fresh, and their business class is really worth it.
