Mixed Feelings
I had decent service, but my bag was delayed by a day. They compensated me with some goodies though, which was nice. Not sure I’d book again.

Not returning to Cathay
Had a long-haul flight that was just miserable. Old plane, loud screaming kids, plus no support when things went wrong. The overall experience was just a disaster.

Mixed feelings
Honestly, I had high expectations. The flight was decent, but my luggage got delayed for two days. Customer service did help eventually, but it was frustrating.

Okay, but could improve
The flight was decent, but the legroom was tight. I had a short layover, and they didn't do a great job of keeping us updated. Would consider other airlines next time.

Decent but Needs Improvement
Flight was okay, but I expected more from the meal options. The staff were friendly, but the check-in process took too long. It's a decent airline, but I've traveled with better.
