I booked a premium ticket expecting great service. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and my seat wouldn’t recline properly. Customer service was almost impossible to reach for help during the flight, which made the experience even worse.

The food was bad, but the crew was nice. I flew from Seattle to Hong Kong and the plane was pretty full. Boarding was chaotic, but the safety protocols were clear. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst either.
