My flight was delayed for over an hour with no clear reason given. Customer service was not very helpful.

I had the worst flight with Cathay Pacific. My luggage got lost and it took three days to get it back. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, never flying with them again!

Flight was fine, but the baggage claim process was chaotic. No one seemed to know what was going on. It would be nice if they had better signs.

I had a connecting flight that was missed due to a delay. The staff didn't provide clear instructions, and it took forever to rebook. I ended up waiting four hours in the airport. Very disappointing!
