I’ve had a good experience with BT. Internet is fast and stable. Had one issue but they fixed it in no time. Happy camper here!

BT provides a decent service, but I've noticed my Wi-Fi dropping in certain areas of my house. Not ideal, but their tech team is helpful. Just wish the connection was more stable everywhere.

My experience with BT has been unbelievably frustrating. I had to wait over an hour to get through to support, just to learn that my line would be down for a whole week. They didn’t even offer an apology! Plus, I’m stuck paying full price while I can’t use my service. What a rip-off.

I’ve had a mix of experiences with BT. Sometimes my connection is stable, but then it drops unexpectedly. Customer support has been hit or miss, they don’t always respond timely. I’d say it's average overall.

The internet speed is okay but the customer service can be hit or miss. I had an issue with my billing that took forever to resolve. Not super impressed.

I contacted BT support regarding a billing mistake on my account. They charged me extra for a service I didn't even use! The representative promised to sort it out, but weeks later, nothing has changed. I feel completely disregarded as a customer. Really disappointing that this keeps happening.

With all these service interruptions, I'm really thinking about switching away from BT. Support was vague and unhelpful when I called about my latest outage. Feeling stuck with them is really frustrating.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with BT. My internet was out for almost two weeks and every time I called support, they just gave me the runaround. I finally got a technician out, but they were late and didn't fix the problem. I'm definitely looking for a new provider.
