Disappointing Service

I had high hopes for BT, but my internet has been dropping constantly. I've contacted customer service twice, and they couldn't resolve the issue. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work.

Terrible Connection Speed

Really unhappy with BT's internet speed. Despite paying for their highest package, I often get buffering while streaming. Their tech team couldn’t even fix the issue during multiple calls. I’ve seen better speeds on a lower plan with another provider.

Too Many Problems

I've had to call support multiple times about my broadband speed. It goes down during peak hours, which is super annoying. I was promised higher speed, but it feels like a scam.

Not Happy with Service

I had a pretty frustrating experience with BT. My internet was out for almost two weeks and every time I called support, they just gave me the runaround. I finally got a technician out, but they were late and didn't fix the problem. I'm definitely looking for a new provider.

Unhelpful Customer Support

My landline stopped working, and it took BT ages to send someone out. The technician was nice, but I felt like I was being ignored by the support team. Not what I expected from a big company.

Disappointing Experience

I was promised a speedy broadband install, but it took weeks. Their communication is awful, and I couldn't get a clear answer from the support team. Definitely not impressed.

Disappointing Service

I switched to BT hoping for better internet speed but was let down. The connection keeps dropping and customer support was no help at all. Really regretting my choice.
