I've been with BT for a while now, and while the connection is mostly stable, every few weeks there's some weird outage. Not terrible but not great either.

My internet is okay, but it often lags during peak hours. The customer service on the phone was decent, but they couldn’t expedite my issue. It’s fine for now, but I’m not thrilled about it.

Had some ups and downs with BT. Customer service can be slow at times, but when they do respond, information is clear. Internet speed is usually good, just not consistent.

The broadband speed is decent most of the time, but I had a week where it kept lagging. Not the best experience, but at least the monthly cost is reasonable.

I had high hopes, but there were a few too many hiccups during setup and service interruptions, didn’t live up to the hype for me.

I’ve had problems with wrong billing twice this year, which took ages to resolve. It’s really frustrating because I just want to enjoy my service without these headaches. Overall, I’m not sure I’d recommend BT to anyone at this point.

Had BT for a few months. The service is mostly good, but there have been a couple of outages that were frustrating. Customer service took a while to get back to me during those times.
