I had high hopes for BT, but my internet has been dropping constantly. I've contacted customer service twice, and they couldn't resolve the issue. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work.

Been with BT for a while now, and it’s been great overall. Good speeds, no major issues. They’re pretty consistent. Would recommend!

I like my BT service! The router was easy to set up and the speed is pretty decent. Only thing is I wish their support was quicker when I called.

I'm really impressed with BT. I upgraded to fiber broadband and the difference is unreal. No issues at all, and the price is reasonable too. Highly recommend!

I've been with BT for a while now, and while the connection is mostly stable, every few weeks there's some weird outage. Not terrible but not great either.

Really unhappy with BT's internet speed. Despite paying for their highest package, I often get buffering while streaming. Their tech team couldn’t even fix the issue during multiple calls. I’ve seen better speeds on a lower plan with another provider.

My internet is okay, but it often lags during peak hours. The customer service on the phone was decent, but they couldn’t expedite my issue. It’s fine for now, but I’m not thrilled about it.

Had some ups and downs with BT. Customer service can be slow at times, but when they do respond, information is clear. Internet speed is usually good, just not consistent.

Switching to BT was a huge mistake. I couldn’t get my phone line to work, and support just left me hanging. I only switched for better coverage but got worse service. I’m ready to jump ship.

I’ve found BT to be reliable. Internet is stable most of the time and the installation was smooth. Had a hiccup with billing but they sorted it out quickly.

I've had to call support multiple times about my broadband speed. It goes down during peak hours, which is super annoying. I was promised higher speed, but it feels like a scam.

I've had a good experience with BT most of the time. The speeds are good and I like the app. They could improve on their support response times though.
