Mixed feelings

I ordered some accessories and everything was alright, but the website kept crashing when I was placing my order. It’s frustrating. The products are good, but the shopping experience needs work.

Wish It Could Be Better

I've shopped at B&H for years and usually love them. But lately, their delivery has been hit or miss. My last order took over a week to arrive, and it wasn’t even the right item. I guess I'll be more cautious moving forward.

Disappointing Experience

I ordered a camera lens, and it arrived damaged. The packaging was inadequate, and there was no way to contact customer service easily. After several attempts to reach them, I was told to ship it back at my own cost, which is unacceptable. I'm not ordering from B&H again after this.

Decent but room for improvement

Disappointed with customer service

Not Impressed

I bought a new camera bag, and while it’s decent, the delivery was a hassle. I had to jump through hoops to change the shipping address since I wasn't available on the delivery date. Wouldn't recommend if you need something fast.

Great Service But Shipping Delay

Not Satisfied at All

Bad service

They charged me twice, no response!
