Unhappy with quality

I bought a lens that was supposed to arrive in two days, but it took over a week. When it finally got here, the package was dented. I tried to contact support, but they took forever to respond. Overall, not the best shopping experience.

I recently returned a tripod, and the whole process was confusing. I had to figure out how to print the label myself, which was not user-friendly. I expected a smoother return process.

I've shopped at B&H for years and usually love them. But lately, their delivery has been hit or miss. My last order took over a week to arrive, and it wasn’t even the right item. I guess I'll be more cautious moving forward.

I ordered a camera lens, and it arrived damaged. The packaging was inadequate, and there was no way to contact customer service easily. After several attempts to reach them, I was told to ship it back at my own cost, which is unacceptable. I'm not ordering from B&H again after this.

I’ve always heard good things about B&H, but my recent experience was not great. I had an issue with a camera I bought, and the support team was not helpful at all. Just felt neglected.

I bought a new camera bag, and while it’s decent, the delivery was a hassle. I had to jump through hoops to change the shipping address since I wasn't available on the delivery date. Wouldn't recommend if you need something fast.

The camera I bought had a scratch on it upon arrival. I contacted them immediately, but they just kept redirecting me to the returns page. I'm really frustrated and feel like I've wasted my money.
