B&H has a wide selection of gear, but my recent order took way longer than expected to arrive. It was supposed to be two-day shipping, and it ended up taking a week. The products were fine, but I was left frustrated.

I bought a lens that was supposed to arrive in two days, but it took over a week. When it finally got here, the package was dented. I tried to contact support, but they took forever to respond. Overall, not the best shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping at B&H due to their range of products, but my last experience was a bit rocky. My order confirmation took longer than usual, and the tracking info was a mess. It finally showed up in good condition, but the overall hassle made me think twice about using them again.

I recently returned a tripod, and the whole process was confusing. I had to figure out how to print the label myself, which was not user-friendly. I expected a smoother return process.

I can't believe how awful the customer support was. My laptop was supposed to arrive two weeks ago, but they kept saying it was on backorder. Every time I called, I got a different story. I'm really considering filing a claim for my money back.
