I can't believe how awful the customer support was. My laptop was supposed to arrive two weeks ago, but they kept saying it was on backorder. Every time I called, I got a different story. I'm really considering filing a claim for my money back.

I had a problem with my order and tried to reach customer service multiple times. It felt like nobody cared about my issue. I won't be returning to B&H after this experience.
