OK experience overall

I received my camera and it was fine, but the manual was missing. The return process was pretty confusing. I don’t think I’ll buy here again.

Ok Service, Room for Improvement

B&H has a wide selection of gear, but my recent order took way longer than expected to arrive. It was supposed to be two-day shipping, and it ended up taking a week. The products were fine, but I was left frustrated.

Mixed Feelings
