Incredibly Helpful!
The tutors are really good at what they do. I had help with my college chemistry, and I finally got a solid grasp on the material. Customer service was quick to respond too!

Frustrating Experience
My experience with Varsity Tutors was frustrating. I arranged for tutoring for my daughter for her SATs. The sessions were poorly organized, and the tutor seemed unprepared. It felt disjointed rather than helpful, and we didn't see any real improvement. I really wanted this service to work for us.

Some good tutors, but still lacking
I’ve worked with Varsity Tutors for a few months now. Had two great sessions but struggled to get consistent quality. Some tutors are awesome while others just don’t seem to have it figured out. The app itself needs a lot of work too, connectivity issues are common.

Decent but not my first choice
The tutors are knowledgeable, but I had a couple of scheduling conflicts that were a hassle to sort out. It’s a decent service, but I think there might be better out there.

Very Disappointed
I was really disappointed with Varsity Tutors. I signed up for math tutoring sessions for my son, thinking he would get the help he needed. The first tutor was nice but didn’t connect with him. We tried a few sessions and it felt like a waste of time and money. I expected better service for the price.

Too Expensive for What You Get
I just think it's too expensive for the quality of tutoring. The tutor I had was okay, but definitely didn’t match the price. I expected way better experience after reading all the hype.

Horrible Experience with Tutor
I had a terrible experience using Varsity Tutors. The tutor I was matched with canceled our first session, then never followed up. I ended up losing valuable time that I needed for my exams and felt completely abandoned in my studies. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.

Total waste of time
Their customer service is terrible! I tried to book a tutor and after 30 minutes on hold, I just gave up. What’s the point of an educational service if you can’t even reach someone for help? Not impressed at all.

Great service but room for improvement
Varsity Tutors has a solid platform and my tutor was knowledgeable. However, I faced some issues with scheduling my sessions. A bit more flexibility would be nice, but overall I'm satisfied.

Decent, But Not Consistent

It’s Okay, But Needs Work
The experience was okay, but there were definitely bumps. My tutor was decent, but the payment process was confusing at times, and I struggled with the app interface. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t recommend it without some reservations.

Not user-friendly
Signing up was confusing, I didn’t understand the pricing options. When I finally got a tutor, it felt like they weren’t prepared for our session. The scheduling also could be better, I had two appointments canceled last minute. Really disappointed with how this went.

Absolutely fantastic service!

Not Worth It
I used Varsity Tutors for a couple of months and honestly, it hasn't been worth it. I had issues with getting a consistent tutor, and every time I reached out to support, it took forever to hear back. For the amount I paid, I expected more reliability in scheduling and service.
