Life-saver for my finals!

Prepped Well but Not Perfect
I had a few sessions with a math tutor, and I honestly think I learned something. We covered a lot of ground, especially algebra. But there were times I felt a bit lost because some explanations were too rushed. Overall, it’s decent but not without its flaws.

Good concept but execution is off
I love the idea of online tutoring, but the platform needs improvement. I had high hopes, but it doesn’t always deliver. My tutor was good, but the lessons felt rushed sometimes. Hopefully, they can fix these issues.

Good Overall, But...
I had a decent experience with Varsity Tutors, but the scheduling could be better. Sometimes I struggled to find available slots that worked for me. Overall, the quality of tutors is excellent.

Decent but has issues
I used Varsity Tutors for my daughter's algebra tutoring. The first couple of sessions went quite well, she seemed to connect with the tutor, but after a few weeks, it became clear the sessions weren't really tailored to her needs. We faced some technical glitches during our online meetings and the app sometimes wouldn't work properly, which was frustrating. Overall, it was okay, but I expected better for what we paid.

Some Sessions Were Good
Some of the sessions I had were alright, but not consistently. I enjoyed a few topics, especially in chemistry, but the last sessions fell completely flat. I wish there was a better way to select tutors based on teaching style.

Excellent tutors and support!
I'm really impressed with Varsity Tutors. I got help for my SAT prep and my tutor was amazing. They provided personalized lessons and I saw my scores improve significantly. Highly recommend!

Great Service!

Mixed Feelings About My Tutor
My experience with Varsity Tutors has been quite mixed. The tutor I got was helpful at times, and we did cover a lot of topics like calculus that I struggled with. But there were moments where I felt the sessions lacked structure and focus. For the price, I expected more from the sessions.

Learning Improvement Possible
After a rocky start, my son really has improved in his studies. He was not happy with some initial tutors, but we finally got a good one who he connected with. Their methods worked better for him, and after a few weeks, I can see the difference. I feel relieved, but I hope this continues.

Disappointing Service
I really wanted to like Varsity Tutors, but it fell short. I signed up for chemistry tutoring and felt the tutor was unprepared most of the time. I had to repeat my questions multiple times, and it was frustrating. Communication with support was snail-paced, too; I expected faster responses.

Don't trust them!
I paid upfront for a series of sessions, and my tutor was unprofessional and late to our meetings. When I raised this with support, they just ignored my complaints! I can’t get my money back now; it’s like they don’t care at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
