The experience with Varsity Tutors was extremely disappointing. The tutor arrived late for sessions and seemed unprepared. I was really looking forward to improving my SAT scores, but the lack of professionalism made it hard to stay motivated. I won’t be using them again.

I just think it's too expensive for the quality of tutoring. The tutor I had was okay, but definitely didn’t match the price. I expected way better experience after reading all the hype.

I had a terrible experience using Varsity Tutors. The tutor I was matched with canceled our first session, then never followed up. I ended up losing valuable time that I needed for my exams and felt completely abandoned in my studies. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.

Their customer service is terrible! I tried to book a tutor and after 30 minutes on hold, I just gave up. What’s the point of an educational service if you can’t even reach someone for help? Not impressed at all.

I paid upfront for a series of sessions, and my tutor was unprofessional and late to our meetings. When I raised this with support, they just ignored my complaints! I can’t get my money back now; it’s like they don’t care at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
