The website is easy to navigate, but I was disappointed with my delivery speed. It arrived three days later than expected. The quality of the hoodie I ordered was great, but waiting too long can kill the vibe.

Superdry has some cool styles, and I love the hoodie I bought. However, the delivery was slow, and I didn't get proper updates. Their customer service was friendly, though, which helped a bit.

I love Superdry's designs, but I had a bad experience this time. My last order was missing a pair of joggers, which I was really looking forward to. Reaching out to customer support took forever, and I think they need to streamline that process. The clothing itself is fantastic, but the logistics need work.
