Okay but could do better
The marketing is great, but the actual products didn’t really live up to the hype for me. My shirt felt scratchy after a couple of washes.

Decent but needs work
I ordered a hoodie from Superdry and it took a bit longer to arrive than expected. The quality is okay but the sizing was off. I would recommend trying things on in store first.

Good but Needs Some Tweaking
I appreciate the quality, but the last two purchases had delayed shipping. The last order didn’t come with enough tracking updates, which is a bit annoying. I'd keep shopping here if the shipping situation gets better.

Not what I expected

Happy with my purchases
Ordered a couple of sweatshirts and a pair of joggers. They came within a week, and everything fit perfectly! I really like the quality of the fabric, and the colors are just like the photos. My only complaint is that I wish there were more sales!

Very disappointing experience
