Decent but needs work
I ordered a hoodie from Superdry and it took a bit longer to arrive than expected. The quality is okay but the sizing was off. I would recommend trying things on in store first.

Good but Needs Some Tweaking
I appreciate the quality, but the last two purchases had delayed shipping. The last order didn’t come with enough tracking updates, which is a bit annoying. I'd keep shopping here if the shipping situation gets better.

Decent but not great.

Not Consistent Enough
I love Superdry's designs, but I had a bad experience this time. My last order was missing a pair of joggers, which I was really looking forward to. Reaching out to customer support took forever, and I think they need to streamline that process. The clothing itself is fantastic, but the logistics need work.
