Really not good

Solid Experience Overall
Really liked my recent order from Superdry! Everything came properly packaged, and the clothes fit perfectly. There was a small delay but not a dealbreaker for me, would buy again for sure!

Good styles, sketchy shipping
I love the designs and styles they have, really unique stuff. However, my order took longer than expected to ship, and the tracking didn’t update, which was frustrating.

Could be better
Received my bag after a long wait. It's pretty, but the stitching already looks off. Kinda disappointed because I really liked the design.

Terrible experience

Issues with sizing and delivery
Recently purchased a pair of jeans and a hoodie. The website said they were in stock, but the jeans were delayed for over a week. It was frustrating! When they arrived, the fit was too tight, and I had to deal with a return, which took time. Plus, tracking the order was a pain as the updates were inconsistent.
