Disappointing service
I was really let down by Ruggable. The rug I ordered arrived with a defect, and dealing with customer service was such a hassle. It took over a week just to get a response after I reached out!

So disappointing
I am really let down by this rug. It scratches easily and I feel like I’m constantly cleaning it. Should have invested in something better.

Not what I hoped for
Honestly pretty bummed. I thought I was getting something durable, but the rug started curling at the edges after a few weeks. Customer service was slow to respond too.

Not what I expected

Rug was a letdown
Disappointed with my rug purchase. It looks nice but honestly, it's not that comfortable to walk on. Plus, it doesn't really stay in place well, which is a pain.

Expected more
I loved the idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired. The colors faded after the first wash, and it just feels flimsy. Not worth the hype.

Disappointed with Quality
I was really excited to get my Ruggable rug, but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. It started peeling at the edges after just a few weeks. I followed all the care instructions too. Also, the colors didn't match what I saw online, which was a bummer. I expected more for the price.

Customer service issues

Not great, not terrible
I like the idea of washable rugs, but I had high hopes. The rug itself looks kinda cheap. It does wash well, but the texture just isn't plush enough for me.

Not worth the hype

Disappointed with the quality

Not impressed at all
I expected better from Ruggable. The rug was smaller than I thought and the colors weren’t as vibrant as shown online. I felt kinda cheated after paying that much.

Not reliable
