Happy with my experience
I’ve bought a few items from Babies R Us for my newborn and it’s been great. The prices were fair, especially on sales. I did have a little hiccup with the delivery date, but their support sorted it out quickly. Overall, solid choice for baby stuff!

Fantastic store experience!

Disappointing experience with order
I was really looking forward to my order from Babies R Us because I needed a stroller and a car seat before a family trip. I placed my order two weeks ahead but it arrived late, which was super stressful. I tried contacting customer support but it took ages to get a response. Once it finally came, the stroller was missing parts! I had to return it and that’s been a hassle. I expected better, especially with how popular they are.

Always top notch service!
I’ve shopped at Babies R Us multiple times for my twins and I keep coming back! The selection of gear is massive and they’ve always had what I need in stock. Their staff is really knowledgeable too; they helped me choose the safest car seats for my little ones.

Pretty good overall
