Disappointing experience with order

I was really looking forward to my order from Babies R Us because I needed a stroller and a car seat before a family trip. I placed my order two weeks ahead but it arrived late, which was super stressful. I tried contacting customer support but it took ages to get a response. Once it finally came, the stroller was missing parts! I had to return it and that’s been a hassle. I expected better, especially with how popular they are.

Really nice selection but a bit pricey

They have such a wide range of products, but some things felt a bit more expensive than what I expected. Still, I found a great crib that was worth the price!

Great selection but a bit pricey

I love the variety of baby products at Babies R Us. However, I feel like some items are a bit overpriced. Still, the quality is generally good so I keep coming back.

Pretty good overall

I love the baby gear selection at Babies R Us. I got a stroller there that I really like. The only downside was the wait time for help in the store. Took a bit longer than expected.

Nice products, shipping delay

The toys I ordered were great, but I had to wait over a week for delivery. I understand it can be busy, but a little faster would’ve been nice.

Good, but inventory issues

I often find that they don't have what I want in stock. I love their products, but I wish they would restock more frequently.

Great, but had a hiccup

I really like Babies R Us. The toys section is amazing, my kids love it! But my last online order took longer than expected. Customer service was kind, but I hope the delivery speeds up.

Good quality, but pricey

The quality of the clothing I purchased was great, but I felt like prices were a bit high. I found similar items at other stores for less. However, I guess you get what you pay for since the fabrics were really nice!

Helpful Staff!

The staff at Babies R Us were really helpful during my visit! They answered all my questions about baby monitors and even recommended some great products I hadn’t thought of. It made my shopping trip way easier.
