Decent but needs improvement
I recently ordered a crib from Babies R Us. The selection was fine, but I had a hard time getting help from customer service when I had questions. Overall, good items but the service fell short.

Mixed Feelings
While Babies R Us has a great variety of products, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had to wait a long time to get someone to help me with my online order issue. I expected better service at this retailer.
