Love This Store!
I love everything about Babies R Us! The variety of toys and clothes is amazing, I always leave with something new for my toddler. Plus, their return policy is super easy if something doesn't fit just right. Highly recommend, especially for new parents!

Nice products, shipping delay
The toys I ordered were great, but I had to wait over a week for delivery. I understand it can be busy, but a little faster would’ve been nice.

Decent but needs improvement
I recently ordered a crib from Babies R Us. The selection was fine, but I had a hard time getting help from customer service when I had questions. Overall, good items but the service fell short.

Great, but had a hiccup
