Disappointing service

I was really let down by Ruggable. The rug I ordered arrived with a defect, and dealing with customer service was such a hassle. It took over a week just to get a response after I reached out!

Happy with my choice!

So disappointing

I am really let down by this rug. It scratches easily and I feel like I’m constantly cleaning it. Should have invested in something better.

Sleek design, great quality!

Really love the look of my Ruggable! It adds so much character to my entryway. Easy to wash too, which is a huge plus with kids running around.

Not what I hoped for

Honestly pretty bummed. I thought I was getting something durable, but the rug started curling at the edges after a few weeks. Customer service was slow to respond too.

Not what I expected

Rug was a letdown

Disappointed with my rug purchase. It looks nice but honestly, it's not that comfortable to walk on. Plus, it doesn't really stay in place well, which is a pain.

Terrible experience

Very disappointed!

Meh, just okay

The colors are nice but the rug is thinner than I thought. It doesn’t feel very durable. Might look for other options.

Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered a rug for my kid’s playroom, and it’s held up surprisingly well to spills and messes. Easy to throw in the wash, so that's a big plus for me. Overall, a solid purchase.

It's ok, but nothing special

I got a Ruggable for my living room, and it's decent. The design is nice, but it doesn't really have a soft feel underfoot. It's just okay for the price. I expected more.

Rug is just fine

Got my rug and it looks decent but nothing earth-shattering. Easy to clean but I find it slips around a bit on my hardwood floor. Might need a rug pad.

Perfect for my home!

Expected more

I loved the idea, but the execution leaves much to be desired. The colors faded after the first wash, and it just feels flimsy. Not worth the hype.

Disappointed with Quality

I was really excited to get my Ruggable rug, but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. It started peeling at the edges after just a few weeks. I followed all the care instructions too. Also, the colors didn't match what I saw online, which was a bummer. I expected more for the price.

Customer service issues
