Terrible experience
I ordered a rug and it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it was the wrong size. Totally unacceptable! Never again!

Horrible experience

Very disappointed!
I expected better quality. The rug feels cheap and the corners don’t lay flat. What a letdown!

Very disappointed!
I was excited to try Ruggable but the rug arrived with stains on it. Customer service was unhelpful and didn't respond quickly. I’m really frustrated!

Awful service
I had to chase them multiple times for my order status. When it finally came, it was stained. Such a poor experience.

Very upset with this purchase
The rug started fraying after just a few weeks. Customer service was no help at all. I wish I hadn’t bought it.
