Not reliable
The rug itself is fine, but the timing was awful. My rug arrived with multiple delays and communication was lacking.

Really nice rugs
I bought a Ruggable for my dining room, and it's fantastic. Super easy to wash, and comes out looking brand new every time. The only downside was that it took a week longer to arrive than expected.

Very upset with this purchase
The rug started fraying after just a few weeks. Customer service was no help at all. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

Mixed feelings about Ruggable
The concept is great, and it's easy to wash, but the rug slides around a lot on my hardwood floors. I have to keep adjusting it. It's frustrating for the price I paid.

Decent but not what I expected
The rug looks nice but the quality is just okay. It doesn’t lay flat, which is kind of annoying. I expected more for the price.

Pretty good, but...
I like the design and the ease of cleaning, but it feels a bit flimsy. Sometimes it slips around too much on the floor.
