Mixed feelings about Root
I was excited to try Root Insurance because of their app and pricing. But my claim took way too long. Customer service wasn't very helpful either. Pretty disappointed overall.

It's Fine I Guess
The pricing seemed competitive, but when I compared it with other providers, it didn't feel like much of a bargain. I didn't have any claims yet, so we'll see how they handle them.

Decent but not great
So I signed up with Root because of the low prices, but I expected better communication. They sent me the policy info late and it was confusing. Overall, it’s okay, but I expected more.

Could Be Great
Things are pretty decent with Root. The app makes it easy to manage everything. However, customer service could definitely be improved. I’ve had to wait too long for responses on a couple of queries.

Okay service, but needs work
I like the concept of Root and their tech approach, but they need to streamline their customer service. I had issues with my account being locked and it took days to resolve.

Mediocre Overall
Root Insurance is okay I guess. The app is nice and easy to use, but my premium went up significantly after a year without any incidents. Not really what I expected. Could be better.

Better Than Before
I had some ups and downs with Root, but they did pay out after my fender bender. Not the fastest process, but at least it was straightforward. I might stick around for a bit longer.
