Never Again!
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I tried to make a claim, and it was a nightmare. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and I felt like I was left hanging. Not worth it.

Super disappointed
Had a minor incident and needed to file a claim. It took ages to get any response from them. I ended up fixing my car out of pocket. Not what I was hoping for.

Horrible experience
I had a really bad time with Root Insurance. Signed up hoping for good rates, but my experience has been a nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent, I tried to reach them three times for a simple question about my premium and no one ever got back to me. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

Total waste of time
I wanted to love Root, but my experience was terrible. The app kept crashing when I tried to get a quote and when I finally got through, they didn't even honor the rates advertised. Very frustrating!
