Stylish but Size Problems
Most items I bought were stylish, but the sizing can be really hit or miss. I ordered two pairs of pants, one fit perfectly, the other was way too big. I guess it’s a gamble each time you order.

Decent but Needs Improvement
I’ve had better experiences. My last order came quickly, but one of the tops had a small stain on it. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but I expected better quality. Just alright for me.

Eh, could be better
Honestly, I expected more. The dresses I ordered looked cute online but didn’t suit my body type at all. The fit was awkward. Maybe I’ll give it another shot but not sure.

Okay-ish shopping experience

Fairly Good Shopping
My items did come quickly, but I was shocked at how skinny everything looked. I liked the styles, but some fabrics were thin. I might order again, but I’ll probably be more careful next time.

Not Impressed This Time

Decent but could be better
I got a top and a skirt, both were nice but the fabric felt cheap. They looked good on the website, but wasn't impressed when they came. Probably won't order again soon.

Decent clothes, but issues with delivery
I ordered a couple of dresses for a party, and while they looked great online, the delivery took longer than expected. The sizing was a bit off too, one dress was way too big. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, but overall it was a mixed experience.

Mixed Feelings About My Order
So I ordered a dress for a party, and it took almost two weeks to arrive. When it finally got here, it looked cute but the sizing was off. It was a bit tight in the chest area. Not completely disappointed, but not exactly thrilled.

Okay but not great
The outfit I got was cute, but the sizing is off. I ordered a medium but it was way too tight. Shipping was fast but I had to return it. It's a hassle.

Not bad, not great

Kinda frustrating

Fine clothing, poor service

Mix of good and bad
Some of my favorite pieces come from PLT, but their sizing isn’t consistent. I got a top that looked great but was way too big. So, I'm left feeling a bit mixed about them.

Average Experience
