I ordered a dress for a party and it arrived late. The tracking showed it was lost in transit. When I finally got it, the sizing was all wrong and it didn’t resemble the picture at all. I was really looking forward to wearing it, but ended up having to go with something else.

I had high hopes for PrettyLittleThing but ended up really disappointed. The dress I ordered was completely different from the picture. Quality was really cheap too. Won't be buying again.

My experience wasn’t great at all. I ordered a couple of items that looked amazing online but the sizing was off. One dress was way too small, and when I tried to return it, the process was so confusing. I will think twice before ordering again.

Everything I ordered didn't fit right, it was confusing. I measured myself according to their chart but still, things were tight or too loose. It's frustrating when you wanna look good but find this issue with sizing.

I’ve shopped here a couple of times and had some good finds, but also got items that looked nothing like what I saw online. It’s kind of frustrating. Their prices are good, but I wish the quality was more consistent.

I got my order and the colors were off. The top I ordered was much brighter than the photo online. I wouldn’t order from them again.
