So Frustrating!
This was my first order, and I'm so angry. The website said shipping would be quick, but it took over two weeks. I tried to reach customer support, but they ignored my messages. Feel completely ripped off as everything I received was not as pictured!

Disappointed with My Order
I ordered a dress for a party and it arrived late. The tracking showed it was lost in transit. When I finally got it, the sizing was all wrong and it didn’t resemble the picture at all. I was really looking forward to wearing it, but ended up having to go with something else.

Low Quality Fabrics
The t-shirt I got had a weird smell and the fabric felt cheap. I’m really disappointed since the website looked so good. I expected more for the price I paid.

Stylish but Size Problems
Most items I bought were stylish, but the sizing can be really hit or miss. I ordered two pairs of pants, one fit perfectly, the other was way too big. I guess it’s a gamble each time you order.

Decent but Needs Improvement
I’ve had better experiences. My last order came quickly, but one of the tops had a small stain on it. Customer service was okay when I reached out, but I expected better quality. Just alright for me.

Eh, could be better
Honestly, I expected more. The dresses I ordered looked cute online but didn’t suit my body type at all. The fit was awkward. Maybe I’ll give it another shot but not sure.

Good experience overall
I’ve ordered a few times now and mostly I’ve been happy. The quality is decent for the price, but some items fit weirdly. Just double-check the size chart!

Really disappointing

Not impressed
I had high hopes for PrettyLittleThing but ended up really disappointed. The dress I ordered was completely different from the picture. Quality was really cheap too. Won't be buying again.

Pretty decent stuff!

Terrible Customer Service
I tried reaching out about my order, which took over a week to arrive. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They didn’t bother to assist me with my issue, just kept repeating the same automated responses. Really frustrating experience.

Love the variety!

Great styles but slow delivery
I really love the clothes from PrettyLittleThing, they're so trendy and affordable. But the delivery took longer than expected, around two weeks. I was a bit frustrated but the items were worth it.

Not Impressed

Great Selection, But...
I loved the variety and trendy pieces on the site. However, I was let down when my order arrived. One of the dresses had a tear, and overall, the stitching looked off. I wanted to wear it for an important dinner, but now I can't. Disappointed!

Sizing Issues Galore

Fairly Good Shopping

Wish it was better
