So Frustrating!

This was my first order, and I'm so angry. The website said shipping would be quick, but it took over two weeks. I tried to reach customer support, but they ignored my messages. Feel completely ripped off as everything I received was not as pictured!

Terrible Customer Service

I tried reaching out about my order, which took over a week to arrive. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They didn’t bother to assist me with my issue, just kept repeating the same automated responses. Really frustrating experience.

Not Impressed

I received a pair of jeans that had a weird smell, and the material felt cheap. I tried to chat with support, no one seemed to care. Very disappointing shopping experience.

Great Selection, But...

I loved the variety and trendy pieces on the site. However, I was let down when my order arrived. One of the dresses had a tear, and overall, the stitching looked off. I wanted to wear it for an important dinner, but now I can't. Disappointed!

Disappointed with my last order

My last order was a disaster. The dress I received was completely different from the picture online. The stitching was all over the place. I won't be ordering again.

Not Impressed

I had a terrible experience with my last order. They sent me the wrong item, and it took forever to get a response when I reached out about it. I thought I would at least get an apology or something, but no. Now I'm stuck with something I don’t even want.
