I liked the styles on the site a lot, but delivery took ages. I placed my order hoping to wear it to an event, but it arrived a week late. The quality is alright, but I don’t like waiting so long for what I ordered.

Got a cute top but it arrived with a small stain. Customer service was nice but slow to respond. Just left me feeling frustrated overall.

My last order was a disaster. The dress I received was completely different from the picture online. The stitching was all over the place. I won't be ordering again.

I’ve shopped here a couple of times and had some good finds, but also got items that looked nothing like what I saw online. It’s kind of frustrating. Their prices are good, but I wish the quality was more consistent.

Love some of their outfits, but the customer service is lacking. I had an issue with my return and it took forever to sort out. It definitely left a bad taste.

I was excited to try PLT but my dress arrived with a tear in it. Customer service was not very helpful either. Not happy with my experience, won't be shopping here again.

Really not happy with my order. The quality felt cheap and the colors were way off from the website. I was hoping for something stylish but it just didn’t work for me. Will think twice before ordering again.

Some of my favorite pieces come from PLT, but their sizing isn’t consistent. I got a top that looked great but was way too big. So, I'm left feeling a bit mixed about them.

I really like their clothes! Great styles and affordable prices, but I had trouble with the shipping. It took longer than expected. Still, the dress I got is super cute and fits well.

I had a terrible experience with my last order. They sent me the wrong item, and it took forever to get a response when I reached out about it. I thought I would at least get an apology or something, but no. Now I'm stuck with something I don’t even want.

The clothes I ordered arrived on time, but the quality was just okay. The design was nice, but the material felt flimsy. I guess you get what you pay for, but I was hoping for a bit more durability.

I ordered a few basic items for everyday use and they came on time. The quality was decent for the price I paid, but not the best. I'd say it’s good if you're just looking for something to wear around the house.
