Poor Listings Quality
I was disappointed with Petfinder's site. Many pets I was interested in were already adopted, and updates weren’t frequent. I wasted a lot of time looking at listings that weren't current. I really think they should do a better job in keeping everything up-to-date.

Not great experience

Almost perfect
The selection of pets is great, but I wish the search filters were a bit more refined. I found a pup I loved, but it took a bit longer than expected to get responses from the shelters.

Best pet adoption site!
Petfinder is just incredible. I adopted my cat Charlie about a month ago, and he fits right in. The site is user-friendly and provides tons of information about each pet. I’m so happy with my experience and grateful I could find Charlie a loving home.

Helpful but Room for Improvement

Not worth the hassle
Had high hopes but ended up feeling let down. I sent inquiries about pets but didn’t hear back, it’s not efficient.
