Good Selection but Needs Work
Petfinder has a lot of animals to choose from, which is great. I did find a sweet dog that I ended up adopting, but the communication was a bit lacking. I had some questions about the dog's history, and I struggled to get clear answers quickly. Overall, I’m happy with my dog but the process could be improved.

A reliable platform with minor flaws

Great selection, slow feedback

Terrible customer support
I can’t believe how unresponsive they are! I tried to contact support about an issue, but no one replied. Very frustrating.

The best decision ever!

Good but needs improvement

Too many issues
I had a terrible experience trying to adopt. The paperwork was excessive, and I never got to meet the dog I chose because the shelter was so unorganized.

Good resource, slightly slow

Frustrating Experience
I thought Petfinder would make adopting easier, but it was a hassle. I found a lovely dog I wanted to adopt, but the application process took forever. They kept asking for more documents each time, which was so annoying. Honestly, I ended up going to a local shelter directly instead. I just didn’t have the patience for all the back and forth.

Great service but some glitches

Amazing service!

Almost perfect!

Nice Selection of Pets
