Okay, but could be better
The website has a lot of pets, but the filters often don’t work properly. I spent too long searching, but my new pup is great.

Just okay, not the best experience
While I did find a cat I wanted, the whole process felt a bit disorganized. Getting in touch with the shelter took longer than I expected.

Mixed Feelings
I found a cat through Petfinder but the communication with the shelter could have been better. Took a while to get answers and it was a bit frustrating.

Mixed Feelings
Using Petfinder had its ups and downs. I found a beautiful cat and the adoption process was straightforward, but it took way longer than I thought it would. Plus, I didn't receive updates about my application status promptly and it felt a bit unorganized. A smoother experience would definitely make a big difference.
