Great selection, slow feedback
Petfinder has a great range of animals to adopt, but the feedback from potential owners could be way faster. I loved my experience, but the waiting was annoying.

Terrible customer support
I can’t believe how unresponsive they are! I tried to contact support about an issue, but no one replied. Very frustrating.

Great experience overall!
I found my puppy on Petfinder, and it was a fun journey. Communication could use some work, but finding my furry friend made it all worth it!

Frustrating Experience
I thought Petfinder would make adopting easier, but it was a hassle. I found a lovely dog I wanted to adopt, but the application process took forever. They kept asking for more documents each time, which was so annoying. Honestly, I ended up going to a local shelter directly instead. I just didn’t have the patience for all the back and forth.

Not great experience

Disappointed with the Adoption Process
I recently tried to adopt a cat through Petfinder, and the experience was frustrating. It felt like every listing was outdated or the pets had already been adopted. Plus, I reached out to several shelters, but the response time was incredibly slow sometimes up to a week. I expected much better coordination and communication from such a well-known platform.
