I've been using New Relic for monitoring my apps for a few months now. Overall, it's pretty amazing at giving insights into performance and issues. But I found the dashboard a bit overwhelming at first. It took me some time to really get the hang of it.

Really like New Relic for app performance tracking. There are a couple of features that aren't as intuitive as I'd hoped, but customer support has been great.

New Relic makes it easy to monitor my site and catch issues before they become major problems. I appreciate the detailed reports, but sometimes the alerts can be a bit overwhelming. Overall, I’m happy with my subscription.

Overall, New Relic isn't bad, but it could use some usability improvements. The metrics are interesting and have helped in some areas, but there are times I felt lost in the interface. Customer support has improved, but they still take some time to respond.

I signed up for New Relic hoping to get better insights into my app's performance, but it was a nightmare. The setup was confusing and their docs were not helpful at all. Got no support when I had issues, just frustrating.

I had high hopes for New Relic, given all the hype, but I ended up feeling let down. The integration with my existing systems was a nightmare, and even after spending hours trying to configure everything, I still faced issues. I really wanted it to work!

Using New Relic for a while now. It does its job well and the support team is responsive. Just wish they could simplify some of the integrations, they can be a pain sometimes. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied.

I’ve been using New Relic for a few months now. The insights it provides into application performance are great, but I’ve had issues with the dashboard being a bit hard to navigate. The alerts often feel delayed and I can't always trust that I'm getting real-time data. Overall, it's okay but definitely needs improvements.

I think New Relic has potential, but it has a steep learning curve. The user interface is clunky and sometimes I run into issues with data not loading. But when it works, the data is helpful.

The potential is there but they really need to work on making it more intuitive. I’ve ended up Googling a lot for answers that should be in their documentation. It shouldn’t feel like a treasure hunt, really.
