Had higher hopes

New Relic offers some good analytics, but I felt the setup process was more complicated than it needed to be. I also didn’t think the error tracking was as robust as claimed. Support didn’t really help me troubleshoot either.

Disappointed with Performance

I was excited to use New Relic for my project, but I ran into bugs right off the bat. The performance metrics didn't load most of the time, and I had to contact support several times. They were responsive but it didn’t help much when the service was down. I expected better reliability for the money.

Not what I expected

New Relic was marketed as having powerful features, but honestly, I found them lacking. The dashboard felt overwhelming initially, and I struggled to extract useful insights from it. Also, customer support was slow to respond when I needed help setting things up.

Very Disappointed

I encountered multiple errors and ended up with corrupted data more than once. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t seem to care about my issues. I'm really unhappy with my experience.

It's Just Alright

The data is there, but getting to it feels cumbersome. There are better alternatives out there that are easier to use.

Could Be Much Better

New Relic does have its merits, but I faced constant glitches with their reports. Once, I spent two days trying to pull data for our quarterly review, and it kept crashing. I reached out for support, but responses took way too long and didn’t solve my issue. In the end, I felt it wasted a lot of my time.

Software is buggy

The platform has a lot of bugs and it really drags my productivity down. Getting useful metrics feels like a game of chance; sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t.

Not Worth the Hassle

Decent but some flaws

Overall, New Relic isn't bad, but it could use some usability improvements. The metrics are interesting and have helped in some areas, but there are times I felt lost in the interface. Customer support has improved, but they still take some time to respond.

Just okay

Could be better

Found their UI confusing and hard to navigate. Could not easily find the metrics I needed for my application. Hope they make it simpler.
