I'm really disappointed with New Relic. It crashes too often when I'm trying to monitor multiple applications, and the reports are not very intuitive. I had to jump through hoops just to get basic metrics.

I’m really disappointed. I signed up for New Relic thinking it would help us with our app performance, but the setup was confusing and took forever. Customer service didn’t respond quickly, and it felt like I was stuck in a loop trying to get help. I’m not sure it was worth the money.

I really didn’t like New Relic. It’s cluttered and complicated, and I couldn’t get any meaningful data easily. I expected much more from it for the price I paid.

I had high hopes for New Relic, given all the hype, but I ended up feeling let down. The integration with my existing systems was a nightmare, and even after spending hours trying to configure everything, I still faced issues. I really wanted it to work!

I think New Relic has potential, but it has a steep learning curve. The user interface is clunky and sometimes I run into issues with data not loading. But when it works, the data is helpful.

The potential is there but they really need to work on making it more intuitive. I’ve ended up Googling a lot for answers that should be in their documentation. It shouldn’t feel like a treasure hunt, really.
