Great tool but a few quirks

I've been using New Relic for a couple of months now, and I really like its overall functionality. It gives great insights into my application performance. The only downside is that the UI can be a bit confusing at times.

Pretty solid but some hiccups

Frustrating Experience

I’m really disappointed. I signed up for New Relic thinking it would help us with our app performance, but the setup was confusing and took forever. Customer service didn’t respond quickly, and it felt like I was stuck in a loop trying to get help. I’m not sure it was worth the money.

Value for the Price

Very Disappointed

I encountered multiple errors and ended up with corrupted data more than once. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t seem to care about my issues. I'm really unhappy with my experience.

Pretty Solid Solution

Useful but Lacking at Times

Could Be Much Better

New Relic does have its merits, but I faced constant glitches with their reports. Once, I spent two days trying to pull data for our quarterly review, and it kept crashing. I reached out for support, but responses took way too long and didn’t solve my issue. In the end, I felt it wasted a lot of my time.

Mixed feelings about it

Disappointing software
