Good for the most part
I've mostly enjoyed using giffgaff, but sometimes the speeds are a bit slow during peak times. Still a good value overall.

Great service, but...
I've been with giffgaff for over a year and I do love the service. The coverage is solid and the prices are decent. But, I did face a slight issue with customer support once when my SIM didn't arrive on time. They sorted it eventually, but it took longer than expected.

Good overall service
I've been with giffgaff for a while now. Their pay-as-you-go plans work well for me, and I love the flexibility. Customer service has been decent, but sometimes response times could be quicker.
