Mixed Feelings
The ecobee thermostat is decent, but setting it up was a pain. Took me a few hours to get it going, and even then, the app is kind of glitchy.

I expected more from ecobee. The temperature readings are off by a few degrees, which can be frustrating. Not worth the money honestly.

I was hoping the ecobee would save me some energy costs, but it’s been more trouble than it’s worth. My savings have been zero, and the scheduling features are confusing. Like, I really expected more!

I was excited to use my ecobee, but my experience hasn't been the best. The setup was confusing, and I ended up needing to spend way too much time on configuration due to the vague instructions. I’ve also noticed that the temperature controls aren't very accurate. Not the quality I expected.

Not everything is perfect, but I like how I can control it from my phone. Just wish it had better scheduling features.

I’m generally happy with my ecobee. It keeps my house comfortable and the energy savings are nice. A couple of hiccups during setup, but I figured it out.

The thermostat does its job but setting it up was a pain. My experience with customer support was mixed, they were helpful but took a long time to respond. Overall, it works but I just expected more for the price.

Got the Ecobee a while back, and while it has some cool features, the overall experience has been hit-or-miss. Sometimes it’s great, but other times it drives me nuts.

The customer service was really slow when I had issues. Took forever to get a response. The product itself isn’t bad, but support could use improvement.

The thermostat works okay most of the time, but I find the learning feature isn’t as good as advertised. It learns my schedule but often misses the times I’m actually home. It’s alright, but there’s room for improvement.

I expected a smarter device, but it’s been disappointing. Sometimes it forgets my schedule and that’s just annoying. Overall, I feel it’s overhyped and I wish I could return it. Definitely wasn’t worth the investment.

I bought the Ecobee thermostat about a month ago. It works fine most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, which is super annoying when I want to adjust the temp from my phone.

I bought the ecobee thinking it would be smart, but it’s anything but that. The thermostat often doesn’t respond to the app, and I've had to manually adjust it all the time. I'm quite unhappy with my decision.

Had high hopes but the ecobee just isn’t performing how I wanted it to. The integration with other smart devices is flaky at best. Honestly, I’m regretting this purchase and looking for alternatives already.
