I was really looking forward to using my ecobee but it just hasn’t lived up to the hype. I had a lot of trouble with the app connectivity. It dropped out constantly and it was frustrating trying to adjust the temperature. Definitely not worth the money.

I love how the ecobee looks, but it just doesn't work consistently. Sometimes the temperature settings don’t match what the app says. Plus, I've had issues with customer support getting back to me. Really not thrilled with this purchase.

I had high hopes, but the integration with my home system was awful. It just doesn’t work as smoothly as I thought. Will look for different options next time.

Look, I really wanted to like this product, but it just hasn't lived up to the hype. I’ve had better experiences with cheaper options that actually work when you need them to.

Initially, I thought I was getting a great deal with the Ecobee, but honestly, it doesn't work as promised. The app crashes frequently and it’s not very user-friendly.

I expected a lot more from Ecobee. The smart features aren’t as seamless as advertised. Some nights the heating wouldn’t kick in even when I had set it up to do so.

The thermostat works, but that's about it. I had high hopes, but it feels clunky sometimes, and the app isn't that intuitive.

I was super excited about the ecobee, but it hasn’t been as great as I hoped. The sensor placement is tricky, and sometimes it just doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi, which is frustrating. Honestly, I thought I’d get more for the price.

I was hoping the ecobee would save me some energy costs, but it’s been more trouble than it’s worth. My savings have been zero, and the scheduling features are confusing. Like, I really expected more!

I was excited to use my ecobee, but my experience hasn't been the best. The setup was confusing, and I ended up needing to spend way too much time on configuration due to the vague instructions. I’ve also noticed that the temperature controls aren't very accurate. Not the quality I expected.

The customer service was really slow when I had issues. Took forever to get a response. The product itself isn’t bad, but support could use improvement.

I expected a smarter device, but it’s been disappointing. Sometimes it forgets my schedule and that’s just annoying. Overall, I feel it’s overhyped and I wish I could return it. Definitely wasn’t worth the investment.

Had high hopes but the ecobee just isn’t performing how I wanted it to. The integration with other smart devices is flaky at best. Honestly, I’m regretting this purchase and looking for alternatives already.
