I was really looking forward to using my ecobee but it just hasn’t lived up to the hype. I had a lot of trouble with the app connectivity. It dropped out constantly and it was frustrating trying to adjust the temperature. Definitely not worth the money.

I can’t believe I spent so much on this ecobee. The app crashes often, and the device stopped responding one day after setup! I feel ripped off. Honestly, it’s just not worth it.

The ecobee SmartThermostat has been more of a hassle than a help. Setup was complicated, and the app often freezes. I’m regretting this purchase hard. It’s definitely been a disappointing experience overall.

I love how the ecobee looks, but it just doesn't work consistently. Sometimes the temperature settings don’t match what the app says. Plus, I've had issues with customer support getting back to me. Really not thrilled with this purchase.

I find myself wishing I had chosen a different brand. The features sound great on paper but in reality it feels a bit clunky, and the intuitive controls aren’t that intuitive. It’s just okay, nothing that makes me go wow.

I got the ecobee SmartThermostat last month. It’s pretty good at keeping my home comfortable, but the app can be glitchy sometimes. I wish the temperature adjustments were smoother.

What a letdown! I thought the ecobee would be the ultimate gadget for my home, but it just doesn’t perform. The app is buggy and constantly logs me out. It’s just sad to see such a hyped product fail.

Honestly, I had high hopes, but the ecobee has let me down. The voice control feature is not reliable, and I can’t trust that it will adjust when I need it to. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

I expected a lot more from Ecobee. The smart features aren’t as seamless as advertised. Some nights the heating wouldn’t kick in even when I had set it up to do so.

The ecobee looked promising but is full of bugs. It disconnects from Wi-Fi more times than I can count, and it takes forever to reconnect. I’m really unhappy with the user experience. I expected much better.
