Extremely frustrated
I can’t believe I spent so much on this ecobee. The app crashes often, and the device stopped responding one day after setup! I feel ripped off. Honestly, it’s just not worth it.

Very poor experience
The ecobee SmartThermostat has been more of a hassle than a help. Setup was complicated, and the app often freezes. I’m regretting this purchase hard. It’s definitely been a disappointing experience overall.

Really not worth it
What a letdown! I thought the ecobee would be the ultimate gadget for my home, but it just doesn’t perform. The app is buggy and constantly logs me out. It’s just sad to see such a hyped product fail.

Very disappointed
Honestly, I had high hopes, but the ecobee has let me down. The voice control feature is not reliable, and I can’t trust that it will adjust when I need it to. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

Too many bugs
The ecobee looked promising but is full of bugs. It disconnects from Wi-Fi more times than I can count, and it takes forever to reconnect. I’m really unhappy with the user experience. I expected much better.

Terrible Experience
I had such high hopes for my ecobee thermostat. The installation was straightforward, but the app kept crashing. I reached out to customer support and was put on hold for over an hour. Still no solution. I’m really disappointed.

Awful experience
Didn’t expect so many problems. The temperature readings are off, and their customer service took ages to respond. I feel stuck with this faulty device.

Really disappointed
This thermostat has given me nothing but trouble. Installation was a mess because their instructions were unclear. Now I regret buying this instead of a simpler option.

Completely unreliable
I bought the ecobee thinking it would be smart, but it’s anything but that. The thermostat often doesn’t respond to the app, and I've had to manually adjust it all the time. I'm quite unhappy with my decision.
